24% reduction in Co2

At UKOS we have reported a staggering 24% reduction in Carbon Emissions through our environmental management program.

The largest areas of reduction have been seen in scope 1 emissions through the introduction of our reduced delivery schedules (RDS), and our strict reduction policies in Gas and Electric at both Hemel and Knutsford sites.

Our emissions are calculated in accordance with the Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG Protocol) guidelines which is the most widely used international accounting tool for government and business leaders to understand, quantify and manage greenhouse gas emissions.
